When you have a Management Account with Artemundi Private, the title and artwork itself will be entirely in the hands of the investor, and the asset under management should appear on your balance sheet. In principle, we are only compensated after your client gets the returns on the art portfolio, as there are no management fees upfront. As each case is treated individually, a minimum investment amount is required.
